Privacy Policy

Effective: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 27, 2026 · QuantProc Private Limited

This Privacy Policy describes how QuantProc Private Limited ("QuantProc") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You must be 18 or older to use QuantProc.

1. Data We Collect

2. Purpose of Processing

3. Consent (DPDP Act 2023)

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give at registration, and for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows (such as meeting legal duties). Consent is recorded separately for each purpose:

How to withdraw consent: in the app, go to Settings → Privacy & consent and switch off the purpose, or email the Grievance Officer (section 9). Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect processing already done. Withdrawing essential consent means closing your account (section 6A). Business records the law requires us to keep are retained as set out in section 5.

4. Data Sharing and Processors

Outside India: some of these processors may process data outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act. We share only what each needs for its task.

We do not sell personal data.

4A. Aadhaar Verification

During registration you may verify the authorised representative's identity with Aadhaar Offline e-KYC (OKYC), only with your consent. Your Aadhaar number is sent to Sandbox.co.in, which sends a one-time code to your Aadhaar-linked mobile; the purpose is KYC verification of the person registering the business.

We store only the name as it appears on Aadhaar, the last 4 digits of the Aadhaar number, whether verification succeeded, your consent, and the date. We do not store your full Aadhaar number, photograph, date of birth or address. Aadhaar verification is optional where a signed self-declaration is offered instead.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased 30 days after your request (see section 6A).

Business records that other parties and the law depend on — RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, GST invoices and tax records — are kept for as long as Indian law requires (for GST records, currently 72 months from the due date of the annual return for that year). After deletion they remain under the business name only, without your personal details.

Security logs (such as sign-in attempts and IP addresses) are kept for up to 90 days and then archived for security and fraud investigation.

6. Your Rights
